Position papers must present a universally acceptable best practice that can be applied by procurement and contracting professionals with immediate impact. The review process is rigorous and meeting the high standards set by the eight member associations is not easily achieved. Only position papers that meet the criteria will receive NCPPC endorsement.
White papers provide food for thought and bring to light procurement issues through alternative perspectives. The NCPPC is pleased to promote white papers presented by its member associations.
